Job Description

HealthPartners Regions Behavioral Health Clinic in Arden Hills and Woodbury are seeking a Behavioral Health Consultant (LICSW) to partner with our Primary and Specialty care teams at HealthPartners.

The Behavioral Health Consultant will work closely with the medical providers and patients to offer Behavioral Health assessments, brief intervention, and will be the "content expert" to provide consultation to the Primary Care and Family Practice physicians and their patients via telehealth and in-person care.

We are looking for creative and innovative individuals who are excited to work in a brief intervention model and who have a strong ability to partner with other providers. Ideal candidates will have experience with completing intake assessments, work well in a team environment, enjoy fast paced and innovative work environments.

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM 1.0 FTE

Required Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in a recognized behavioral health field.

Experience: Two years of supervised clinical experience with a broad range of presenting problems and therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy.

Licensure: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
