Accounts Receivable Associate

Our Accounts Receivable Associates provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under his or her control. They will perform accounts receivable duties with strong attention to customer service while maintaining working relationships with external and internal customers to improve collections and minimize unpaid receivables.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date billing system.
  • Collection and allocation of payments.
  • Process billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
  • Reconciliation of accounts.
  • Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
  • Maintain accounts receivable customer files.
  • Follow established procedures for processing receipts.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries.
  • Process adjustments.
  • Communicate with customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Work Experience: 3 years of experience in related field

Computer Skills: Knowledge of relevant computer applications

Preferred Requirements

  • Education: Associate's Degree in related field
  • Work Experience: 5 years of experience in related field

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must pass EVerify
