How you will contribute:

As the Fire Protection Service Superintendent, you will ensure that all sprinkler service work is performed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule by putting the right people on the right work at the right time. You are responsible for work orders achieving an acceptable margin by holding the field and office accountable for proper execution. You will review monthly inspection schedules, hold inspectors accountable for achieving the schedules, manage inspection equipment, ensure proper tools are available whenneeded, and work with a coordinator to build weekly schedules for work orders. You will spend approximately 50% of your time in the office and the other 50% will be spent with the field crew ensuring jobs are completed properly and the field is set up for success. This position will manage the service fire sprinkler field in the Eau Claire and La Crosse Wisconsin areas.

What you need to qualify:

Qualified candidates will need to be at the 669 sprinkler fitter/journeyman level. Candidates must have a clean driving record to operate company vehicles, be able to travel for the position, and pass an appropriate drug screen and physical. Successful candidates must be self-starters, able to lead and direct others, have a strong mechanical background, have a good working and learning attitude, and be able to work in a fast-paced service environment.Your employment relationship will be governed by a collectivebargaining agreement.
